My Philosophy
As a Life Coach, I believe in working together with clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience, purpose and wisdom. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, while rediscovering and taking action towards dreams that life may have interrupted.
As a Leadership Coach, I partner with leaders to enhance understanding on what it means to lead, inspire, motivate and connect with their teams. Sometimes we learn what to do by recognizing what not to do. Listening to hear, learn and take action can make all the difference.

As a Speaker, my aim is to be a LightHouse to inspire, transform and encourage my audiences to be mindful of the gift of today and share stories that bring hope, resilience, unity and a bit of whimsey.
My Experience
I have organically coached leaders and individuals throughout my career. I worked for 25 plus years in corporate and health care risk management, commercial insurance brokering, consulting and recruiting management. Through the years I also leveraged my passion to bring people of all backgrounds together while inspiring new levels of living and opportunity.
As the CEO and Founder of LightHouse Diversity™, LLC., I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and helping them navigate through life and leadership challenges. My own life journey enables me to provide a holistic approach to coaching and helps me be a LightHouse to lead, inspire, connect and encourage through a variety of speaking engagements.
